Legal Notice — Crisol MCP

1. Identifying information

In compliance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE, Spain's law on information society services and e-commerce), the following information is provided:

  • Owner: Sara Fernández Velasco
  • Nature: Sole trader (self-employed individual, autónoma)
  • NIF: 47528322H
  • Address: Calle Carmen Burgos, n.º 96, 18100 Armilla, Granada
  • Contact email: hola@crisolmcp.com
  • Activity: Software development and operation (MCP server, Model Context Protocol, for digital marketing data analysis through artificial intelligence)
  • Tax registration: Registered in the census of business owners, professionals and withholders of the Spanish Tax Agency (Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria); registration in the Commercial Registry does not apply, as the Owner is a natural person
  • Payment and billing management: The economic transactions arising from contracting the Service are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (SPEL), an Irish entity of the Stripe group and a subsidiary of Stripe, Inc., through its Stripe Managed Payments solution, which acts as Merchant of Record (authorized legal seller). SPEL is the entity responsible for processing the data of users located in the European Economic Area, including Spain. Invoices and the management of payments, refunds and disputes are handled by Stripe/SPEL, not by the Owner. For inquiries related to payments, invoices or cancellations, the user must contact Stripe through stripe.com.

2. Purpose

This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website crisolmcp.com (hereinafter, "the Site") and of the Crisol MCP platform (hereinafter, "the Service"), a management panel that allows registered users to connect their own accounts of digital marketing tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Merchant Center, Bing Webmaster Tools, IndexNow) and their own online store (WooCommerce or PrestaShop) so that they can be queried and analyzed by artificial intelligence assistants through the MCP protocol.

Access to the Site confers the status of user and implies full acceptance of all the conditions included in this Legal Notice.

3. Conditions of use

The user undertakes to make appropriate and lawful use of the Site and the Service, as well as of the content and services offered, in accordance with:

  • The legislation applicable at any given time.
  • This Legal Notice.
  • The rules of use and instructions that may, where applicable, be communicated to the user.
  • Generally accepted standards of morality and good conduct, and public order.

Use of the Service is prohibited for:

  • Accessing or attempting to access restricted resources or areas of the Site without due authorization.
  • Using the Service for fraudulent, unlawful or harmful purposes that damage the rights and interests of third parties.
  • Causing damage to the physical or logical systems of the Owner, its providers or third parties.
  • Introducing or spreading computer viruses or any other system capable of causing damage.

4. Nature of the Service and limitation of liability

  • Read-only nature: Crisol MCP is, by design, a read-only service with respect to the data, campaigns, properties and commercial configurations of the connected third-party platforms (Google, Meta, Bing) and with respect to the catalog and orders of the user's own online store (WooCommerce or PrestaShop): it does not modify, create or delete them. Only two operations write outside that boundary, both executed by the user themselves from the panel and neither of them on their business data: the crawl notification through IndexNow, disabled by default; and the registration and deregistration of the owner's developer project in Google Merchant Center (registerGcp / unregisterGcp), a step that Google requires in order to read performance data and that does not alter product listings, prices or commercial configuration.
  • Third-party availability: The Service depends on third-party APIs (Google, Meta, Microsoft/Bing). The Owner does not guarantee the availability, accuracy or continuity of such external APIs, nor is the Owner responsible for interruptions, changes or limitations imposed by such third parties.
  • Informational nature: The analyses, recommendations or suggestions generated through AI assistants connected to the Service are for guidance only. The Owner does not guarantee any specific business results, SEO ranking, advertising performance or any other outcome derived from the decisions the user makes on the basis of such information.
  • Availability of the Site/Service: The Owner does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the operation of the Site and the Service. Whenever reasonably possible, prior notice will be given of interruptions due to maintenance.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the Site (texts, graphic design, source code, logos, trademarks, trade names) is owned by the Site owner or by third parties who have authorized its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations. Its reproduction, distribution or public communication, in whole or in part, without express authorization is prohibited.

6. Data protection

The processing of personal data carried out through the Site and the Service is governed by the Privacy Policy; with respect to the marketing data that the user voluntarily connects, by the Data Processing Agreement (Annex I to the Terms); and, with respect to cookies and similar technologies, by the Cookie Policy.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, Google, Meta or Bing documentation). The Owner assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the content, privacy policies or practices of such external sites.

If the user gives their consent, the Site additionally loads the Google Analytics 4 analytics service, provided by Google Ireland Limited. Without that consent, that service is not loaded at all. The details of the cookies used, of the data collected and of how to accept, refuse or withdraw consent are set out in the Cookie Policy.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute that may arise from access to or use of the Site, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Granada, unless consumer protection regulations establish another mandatory venue.

9. Amendments

The Owner reserves the right to amend this Legal Notice to adapt it to legislative or case-law developments or to industry practices. The version in force will always be the one published on this page.
